Cruising!
It amazes me how much kids can catch up in such a short period of time. Sometimes I can't believe that the kid trying to figure out how to creep in and amongst the stools in the dinette is the same one who was working on sitting without toppling over just 6 weeks ago. It is AMAZING to watch. (And has come close to giving me heart failure on a few occasions--I know she has to figure out stuff on her own and do her thing, but what if it kills me in the process?! :)

Despite the danger, it's nice that she dresses to match the room she's creeping in. Very fashion-foward, Nedy!
Just don't equate bruises with bad parenting. ;)
For example, rightnow E has 1) a greenish bruise on the left side of her forehead, 2) a goose eggish/blueish bruise on the right side of her forehead, 3) a bump on the back of her head, and 4) a scratch on her left cheek.

She looks like a mess, but it's the age. Today another mom was over and saw how banged up E was...all I had to say was "19 months" and the mom nodded. Yup. Bruiser stage!
